Ken has run major enterprise operations for Honeywell, Cambridge Associates, and Chemonics. Ken has architected and led the implementation of the HHS Command Center and the U.S. Visa and Passport Systems. He has worked on thousands of patents as a broker and he has 4 patents of his own plus numerous pending. Ken has been an executive consultant and is one of the top online marketers in the country for companies such as Toyota.

He brings expertise across Retail, Operations, and Organization Building, honed through 20 years of experience with some of the world’s most respected companies. This includes Amazon.com, where he served as an organizational Bar-Raiser, built Amazon’s Headphones business, was COO of the Textbooks business, and most recently led a multi-year program to automate Amazon’s end-to-end operations. Prior to Amazon, Todd worked for Whirlpool Corporation across a variety of roles including product development, sales, operations, and category management, and was a charter member in the launch of Gladiator GarageWorks (gladiatorgw.com).

With over two decades in technology Business Development and Product Management, Scott McClure has delivered products in the Publishing, Storage, and Security markets that deliver over $300M revenue to the market to this day. Prior to joining Bear Systems Mr. McClure tenured at Dow 30, Fortune 500, and several startups during his career. Located in the Denver metro area, Scott McClure has a BS in Engineering from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Pam is a veteran sales leader with a successful track record of building revenues and momentum for young tech companies – one after another. She was the founder of two successful services companies including The Roundtable Network, a well-known forum for connecting Fortune 1000 CISOs with innovative security solutions.
Most recently, Pam was the VP of Global Sales for Blue Cedar, a series A mobile security company leading a paradigm shift from securing the device to securing the app. Prior to Blue Cedar, Pam held VP of Sales roles at Appthority and Cloudscaling where she drove revenues that enabled series B funding and built a pipeline critical to success.
